We take our inspiration from the city's bustling street-food scene, using the freshest ingredients to transform comforting classics—like the iconic 'Rice with Two Sides' ("dish-dish rice") and nostalgic Hong Kong-style buns-into an exclusive in-flight menu. Each dish is infused with the cultural soul of Hong Kong, immersing you in its unique spirit from the moment you step on board.

 

To make every trip a new discovery, our menu changes with the seasons, regularly showcasing new and exciting tastes.     This delightful pairing features our signature flaky Egg Tart—boasting beautifully layered, crisp pastry that gives way to a rich, velvety egg custard. It is accompanied by a freshly baked, beautifully soft savoury Baked Bun, creating a deeply satisfying balance of sweet and savoury notes.

    Whether you are heading home or embarking on a new adventure, this classic combination brings the authentic essence of our city to 30,000 feet — the perfect accompaniment to a truly relaxing flight.

    This light meal contains cereals containing gluten, eggs, soybeans, milk, and their products. It is prepared in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and their products.
